Jeelakara Kashayam:

Ingredients:

water - 175 / 200 ml

Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp

Procedure:

1)Grind the cumin coarsely and use to make kashayam

2)Take water in a bowl and boil

3)Once the water starts boiling add the leaves

4)Boil the water for 4 minutes

5)After 4 minutes strain the water and serve
