Here are some healthy lunch / meals recipes perfect if you’re trying to lose weight and tired of boring foods or if you simply want to live a healthier lifestyle!

Make sure you use measurements & portions according to your goals! Here are the ingredients and macros for the amount & portions I used. Keep in mind that if you modify, these calories will also change.

MEXICAN SALAD

Ingredients:

- [ ] Chicken Breast(2 cooked oz.)

- [ ] Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Onion powder

- [ ] Romaine lettuce(2 cups)

- [ ] Black beans(1/4 cup)

- [ ] Corn baked tostada(1/2)

- [ ] Queso Fresco/Cheese (1/2 oz.)

- [ ] Avocado cilantro dressing(about 2 tbs)

CALORIES: 295

PROTEIN: 30g FAT: 7g CARBS: 18g

AVOCADO CILANTRO DRESSING:

Ingredients:

- [ ] Avocado(1 medium)

- [ ] Plain greek yogurt(1/2 cup)

- [ ] Cilantro(1/4 cup)

- [ ] Lemon Juice(1/2 medium)

- [ ] Jalapeno(1/2 of one) *optional

- [ ] Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Onion powder (to taste)

- [ ] Water(2/3 cup) *check consistency

*About 8 servings(2tbs each)

CALORIES PER SERVING: 35

PROTEIN: 1g FAT: 3g CARBS: 2.5g

TUNA SALAD:

Ingredients:

- [ ] Tuna (3 cans)

- [ ] Plain greek yogurt(1/3 cup)

- [ ] Dijon Mustard(2tbs)

- [ ] Red onion(1/4 cup chopped)

- [ ] Cabbage Veggie mix from Trader Joes(1 cup)

- [ ] Lemon Juice(1/2 medium lemon)

- [ ] Salt & Pepper to taste

- [ ] Jalapeno(1/2 of one) *optional

*MAKES ABOUT 4 SERVINGS

CALORIES PER SERVING: 100

PROTEIN: 24g FAT: 1g CARBS: 3 G

CAULIFLOWER RICE:

Ingredients:

- [ ] Cauliflower Rice(1 bag)

- [ ] Zucchini(1/3 cup)

- [ ] Kale(1/3 cup)

- [ ] Sweet Corn(1/4 cup)

- [ ] Egg(1 whole)

- [ ] Salt, Pepper, Garlic & Onion powder (to taste)

*2 servings without sausage

CALORIES PER SERVING: 95

PROTEIN: 6g FAT: 2.5g CARBS: 11g

OATMEAL WRAP/TORTILLA:

Ingredients:

- [ ] Oatmeal(1.4 cup blended into flour)

- [ ] Egg(1 whole)

- [ ] Egg whites(2)

- [ ] Baking powder(1 tsp)

- [ ] Pinch of sea salt

*makes 2 large or 3 medium

CALORIES PER TORTILLA: 60
