How I cured my plantar fasciitis. In this running tip, I explain what I did when I woke up with heel pain that would not go away. I discovered it was plantar fasciitis.

I decided to do 5 things to cure this heel injury.

Start a specific stretching routine

Sleep in a stretching sock

Change dress shoes

Change running shoes

Changed running form. I attended a POSE running clinic.

After completing these 5 tasks the plantar fasciitis went away over time. It didn't happen overnight but in about of month, I realized my heels didn't hurt.
