Do you love running? I do, but it was not always this way. Running is a great, affordable type of exercising that is good for our body and mind. Anybody can run unless you have serious injuries. But sometimes our mind is just against it and we plan to start running tomorrow but postpone it every single time. And tomorrow never comes. Cause running can be boring and requires a lot of endurance. That is why today I will share with you my 5 personal tips that helped me to start running:
