In today's video I discuss how much weight I lost in the first week of my Mediterranean diet.

Here's a breakdown of what I ate on days 7 and 8:

Day 7

Breakfast: fried vegetable/egg scramble

Lunch: Yogurt with berries, nuts, and oats

Dinner: eggs, hashbrowns, 2 sausage links (bad!), 4 pieces of bacon (really bad!)

Day 8

Breakfast: Yogurt with berries

Lunch: Cod, brown rice, zucchini, salad

Dinner: Tuna salad (see recipe below) on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato.

Dessert: one orange
