Today's video is a little different to my regular content. I recently set a goal for myself to run a half marathon. While researching for advice and tips, I found it so difficult to find any content about an average persons experience and tips on how to train for a half marathon. So I decided to share my experience and the things I learnt during my preparation for my firs half marathon.
