Whats goin on guys! In today's video I'm gonna walk you through an entire chest workout for anyone looking to put on some muscle but are a tad short on time or just hate long workouts.

This workout will consist of 3 supersets, which is 2 exercises performed back to back. These help save a TON of time and burn out the muscle more than a standard set would.

Superset #1 - Flat Bench with Dumbbell Flyes

👉 Perform 3 sets of 10 reps of both exercises with a 4/1/1 Tempo. For this tempo you want to perform 4 seconds down, then explode back up.

Superset #2 - Incline Dumbbell Press with Incline Pushups

👉 Perform 3 sets of 10 reps of both exercises with a 4/1/1 Tempo. For this tempo you want to perform 4 seconds down, then explode back up.

Superset #3 - Decline Cable Fly with Standard Pushups

👉 Perform 3 sets of 10 reps of flys and burnout on pushups exercises with a 4/1/1 Tempo. For this tempo you want to perform 4 seconds down, then explode back up.
