2019 is our year of change. Dawn has been on her weight loss journey since April 2018 and has lost almost 50 pounds. Quite the transformation, but she still has bigger goals. Sean is starting his transformation and is looking for help and inspiration. We both gained weight when Dawn got pregnant and now that our daughter is 5 years old, it’s time to lose it. The game plan is meal prep, cardio, HIIT, TRX and weightlifting which all will help us with losing weight. Dawn started her fitness journey losing weight using Weight Watchers but has since transitioned to IIFYM, the same eating strategy that Sean is following. We’d love to hear about your SUCCESS and any motivational tips/tricks you may have.
